Shakshuka is very forgiving for any odd veggies or herbs you have left over in your fridge. I added the lemony ricotta for more creaminess and a bit of acidity to the dish. This one pan wonder is delicious to dig into with some crispy ciabatta.
Citrus salad with chioggia beet & orange
This colourful salad is just the fresh flavour you need next to the other dishes during your festive dinner. Can I say that Chioggia beets are just the prettiest veggies out there, the pink and the pattern is so cool.
Beetroot cured Salmon in Vodka
A showstopping centerpiece for any festive dinner. Paired with toasted pain de mie and sharp horseradish cream makes this a lovely balanced dish. It took a few days and I was nervous how it would turn out but honestly it’s so easy but with such a rewarding result I can definitely recommend giving it a try!
