Crispy Buttery Garlic bread

Time to step up your bread serving game, great to share and so easy to make. As a side or with your soup, also great as a “borrelhapje”.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 baguette
- 100g butter (at room temperature)
- Handful freshly chopped parsley
- pinch of salt
- pinch of chili flakes
- 2 garlic cloves (or more if you dare)
- small chunk of parmesan cheese
1. Heat oven to 180.
2. Add butter to a bowl and stir with a fork until soft-ish.
3. Add parsley, salt, chili flakes and grate in the garlic & parmesan. Mix together well!
4. Take your baguette and slice, but don’t cut all the way to the bottom so you get slits to put the garlic butter in.
5. Put the garlic butter in all the slits.
6. Wrap in tin foil, grate some more parmesan on the op and pop in the oven for 15 minutes! Butter should be melted and bread is nice and crispy! Enjoy ✨
